A boutique wedding and portrait photography brand
Persimmon Images was a lifestyle photography brand and boutique photography studio dedicated to capturing the beauty and fullness of life’s special moments, particularly through full-service wedding and portrait photography.
My role: As the owner of the studio, I designed both the brand and the go-to-market strategy for the business, as well as implementing marketing and sales strategies, creating web and social messaging, and crafting promotional materials, products, and packaging. As the lead photographer, I created images for my clients with a variety of digital and film techniques utilizing natural light, off-camera flash, and studio lighting, while incorporating playful, emotive prompts for evocative photographs.
Impact: From the ground up, I built a boutique photography brand centered on impactful storytelling and premium client experience. I leveraged key differentiators to create a streamlined workflow focused on sales through client education and experience, and a stylized final product. Through networking, advertising, social media marketing, and word of mouth, I grew a satisfied customer base over six years of business.
My contribution to the selected projects below includes logotype design, print collateral design and copywriting, website design and content writing, album design, photography, product creation, and wall collection arrangement.
