My role: As Digital Marketing Manager, I worked in collaboration with leadership to improve eCommerce processes, optimize business growth through official communications, streamline lead generation and personalization, create promotional email campaigns and newsletters, implement SMS marketing, design graphics for the a variety of promotional purposes, and write copy for digital marketing, web, and social. Additionally, provided administrative, logistical, and operational support to leadership to improve business workflows.
Impact: Researched and implemented SMS and email marketing across three Shopify Plus channels with digital marketing launch resulting in more than 4,500 new subscribers and >$70k in additional revenue over Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend alone. Resulting digital marketing flows and automation currently drive 40% of eCommerce revenue.
